What do I need to submit when I apply for a UnionBank auto loan?

Individual Requirements

• 2 Government issued IDs with signature. Acceptable IDs below:

  1. PhilID / ePhilID / Printed PhilID	Presentation of original is required; No other ID is required to validate customer information.
  2. Passport	Presentation of original is required. If the client is a foreigner or dual citizen, Passport is the mandatory ID.
  3. Driver’s License	Presentation of original is required.
  4. PRC ID
  5. NBI Clearance
  6. GSIS e-card / GSIS ID (membership ID)
  7. SSS ID / Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
  8. Senior Citizen Card (Digitized)
  9. ID issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs	If nature of disability is mental, account opening will not be allowed in view of the inability of the bearer to enter into a valid contract with the Bank.
  10. Philhealth Insurance Card ng Bayan (Digitized)	Presentation of original is required. If ID is not digitized, it is treated as SECONDARY ID.
  11. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID (Digitized)	Presentation of original is required.
  12. OFW ID
  13. Postal ID (Digitized)	Presentation of original is required. If ID is not digitized, it is treated as SECONDARY ID.
  14. Voter’s ID (Digitized)
  15. TIN (Digitized)
  16. Private company ID, of companies regulated by SEC, BSP, IC (For companies enrolled in the Bank corporate payroll program)	If the employer is not enrolled in the Bank Payroll Program, Employee ID is treated as SECONDARY ID.
  17. IBP ID	Presentation of original is required.
  18. School ID	Presentation of original is required, together with original registration for the present school semester

  2. For Employer companies that are not enrolled in the Bank’s corporate payroll program – Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC.	Presentation of original is required.
  3. Seaman’s Book	Presentation of original is required.
  4. Alien Certification of Registration / Immigrant Certification of Registration	Presentation of original is required; ACR mandatory for foreign nationals staying 60 days or more.
  5. Barangay ID / Certification	The barangay name must be consistent with the declared present address of client.

• Proof of billing address
• If you are employed, you will need to submit the following:
  • COE -Certificate of employment with compensation
  • (3) months' payslip
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)* -ITR is not required for loan amounts below P3,000,000
• If you are self-employed, you will need to submit the following:
  • Business Registration papers (DTI, SEC if applicable)
  • ITR with audited financial statements (2 years)
  • Trade references

Corporation Requirements

• Completely filled-up and signed loan application form (attached)
• Business Papers (SEC Registration, Articles of Inc and By-Laws and Latest GIS)
• Latest Income Documents
  • Income Tax Return with Audited Financial Statement
• Proof of billing
• 2 Valid gov't issued IDs (Directors/Officers in the GIS)
